Get your core and shoulder ready with aerial fitness, stretch it out in aerial yoga and have fun in our workshops on aerial hammock, silks and hoop (or whichever you prefer to focus on). This is an intense retreat but you will love it. Ideal for aerial beginners and intermidiates.

If your are looking for a kick start to your fitness yourney or just really enjoy a more active retreat less focused on yoga this might be for you. While enjoying a serene surrounding work out in aerial fitness, HIIT and balance that out with yoga that will stretch your right back out. All classes can be adjusted to your level and needs.

If you bring a little more time this is for you. Delf into yoga and maybe add on a volcano trip and SPA day. This is the ultimate treat for yourself. Enjoy healthy and hearty food, relax to bird sound and advance in your practice in your private yoga classes.

This retreat is ideal if you really want to slow down and focus inwards. You will enjoy some physical yoga classes but the focal point is more on your breath and turning in. The Day of the dead is here celebrated with magic and huge kites in order to connect with the ancestors. Come join us for yoga, aerial yoga, lovely home made meals and of course lets make a kite together and then on 1st November see the magic display of some of the giant kites at one of the nearby festivals.

Semana Santa is a special time of year. Come join us for a relaxing experieince in the guatemalan hills. Enjoy Aerial and mat yoga as well as some seasonal activities like egg painting and building a labyrith. This is one of our few small group retreats with a maximum of 6 participants.

Included are accommodation, meals, yoga classes, activities and a visit to Antigua on your last day to see the carpets and join in the making of them.
